Subject: Third party debt order Я пока написал «Приказ о выплате долга третьей стороной», но это как-то неказисто, мне кажется. М.б., правильнее бы было «о взыскании с третьей стороны», но тут у банка какая-то страдательность получается, как будто он виноват и должен. A third party debt order is usually made to stop the defendant taking money out of his or her bank or building society account (If the defendant has a bank or building society account, the bank or building society will freeze the account when it receives the order from the court).
