Unless you've copied the text by hand and made several spelling mistakes in doing so (as opposed to copying-and-pasting the text into your question), be aware that the English in that sentence is poor.

'manufacturers' = 'manufactures'
'majority' = 'the majority'
'on Principle-to-principle basis' = 'on a principal-to-principal basis'

organized thematically - сгруппированы по тематическому принципу....а затем по каждому отдельному принципу/с учетом специфики...
