Мой вариант: Проводится анализ арендных платежей по основной сумме и процентам. Проценты относятся на расходы в течение срока аренды и рассчитываются таким образом, чтобы представлять собой постоянную долю арендного обязательства. Элемент основной суммы снижает остаток задолженности перед арендодателем.
