'Vision statement', like 'mission statement', is one of several catchword terms which UK businesses started to use ca 30 years ago. It just means 'how we see our business developing in future'. So if you're a sausage factory,

* Mission statement = 'We make sausages'.
* Vision statement = 'To sell 8% more sausages this year than last year, to 5% more customers in 11% more countries, especially China, Peru and Norway'.

If the concept hasn't been adopted by Russian businesses, there may not be a corresponding Russian term -- so you may not be able to translate it in just two or three words and may need to use a descriptive phrase.

*It just means 'how we see our business developing in future'.* - Hard to argue with you here, but - not exactly... Vision statement is not about (activity) planning. It is something like "shaping our future"... Proactively, responsibly... Sustainably... - all this BS.
And no catchword ever falled down from the sky - all of them have been invented, endorsed and propagated through mass media.
