Правильно ли я понимаю, что это не "дискретность поверочного деления" + его же цена, а "дискретность весов" + цена поверочного деления?

Пока что не нашел соответствующего ГОСТа с переводом.

главное указать, что это параметр (d), а сама терминология оставляет некоторую свободу выбора - increment size /readability / resolution / division size
