Could it be 'Squelch/Unsquelch'? Both terms are used with CB radio (=citizens' band radio), radar and scanners. However, I don't know what they mean or whether they suit your context (which you haven't told us).

Контекста нет, взято с таблицы и схемы. Все это относится именно к радио, скорее всего в данном случае это может быть таки Squelch/Unsquelch
