I would like to ask you to recharge the invoice for we have time to pay the bill in time?

to reissue the invoice

please reissue....

**I would like to ask**

I would be grateful if you could reissue the invoice for we have time to pay the bill in time.

'to enable us to pay the bill in time' or
'so that we can pay the bill in time'
(There's no difference between these two).

(You don't need to say 'for we have time to', as this is understood in both of the above expressions).

'Please reissue .... ' or
'I would be grateful if you could reissue .... '

And no, you definitely don't need 'please' at the end in either case.

...... because:

* in the first example, you've already said 'Please ...... '; and
* in the second example, you've already said 'I would be grateful if ...... ', which is simply an alternative way of saying 'please'.

So in both cases, a second 'please' would be tautoligical.
