Не совсем уверена в своем переводе с русского на английский предложения из учетной политики компании. Посмотрите, пожалуйста. Буду благодарна за исправления.

Оригинал: За нарушение правил и процедур, сроков, достоверности, полноты управленческой отчетности и формата заполнения форм, являющихся приложением настоящей Учетной политики предусмотрена ответственность по решению акционера группы компаний на основании данных, предоставленных руководством группы компаний.

Перевод: Failure to comply with the rules, the procedure or the deadlines for providing management accounting statements, or the format for completing any of the forms being schedules to these Accounting Policies, or providing unreliable or incomplete statements, may result in liability by resolution of the shareholder of the group of companies, based on information provided by the group’s management.

зачем изменили структуру и куда делась "полнота" ( управленческой отчетности)
приложением - имхо, annex
schedules - зачем мн. число? их несколько? из фразы это не следует посмотрите в тексте,
