Subject: he/she tolerance A person who participates in training starts to feel every conducted exercise gives him/her confidence that he/she is improving as a personality, and that is the best possible reward.

Use 'they' as a singular to indicate 'an unspecified/unknown person (male or female)', as in the following, where both 'theys' refer to the unidentified 'someone' at the beginning of the sentence: 'Someone tried to burgle my house yesterday. They tried to get through my kitchen window, but then they ran off.' That would make your example: 'A person who participates in training starts to feel every conducted exercise gives THEM confidence that THEY ARE improving as a personality, and that is the best possible reward'. (Incidentally, 'every exercise they conduct' sounds better than 'every conducted exercise', which is rather Runglish). |

Also, as Amor 71 says, if there are lots of 'he/she's in your text, you could use 'people' instead of 'person' from time to time to create variety. |

John Stephenson, thank you! |
his/her - не обязательно или his, или their вот хорошая ссыль |

I agree with mikhailS re 'conduct'. All of his suggested replacements are better. I wasn't happy with it either; the only reason I didn't suggest changing it was that I wasn't sure exactly what sort of упражнения were involved. |

huh? выполненное = completed as in "... every completed exercise ...." |
Писать they.
