Помогите пожалуйста перевести следующее предложение из договора: Количественная приемка Товара производится по количеству мест, а также количеству погонных метров, указанному в Отгрузочных Документах.
И еще вопрос - в чем разница между Handing over и handling over? речь идет о приемке товара по количеству. Ниже пример.
The handing over of the Goods to the Buyer shall be provided according to the number of cargo items and number of linear meters (roller blind/vertical blind fabrics) or square meters (pleated blind fabrics) of the Goods as declared in the Shipment Documents.

Это уже выдержка из другого контракта, там сначала стояло handling over, но голландцы исправили на handing over. То ли это была просто опечатка с нашей стороны и они ее исправили, то ли они смысл изменили.

и что теперь?
