Фраза "Ergonomic shape of the elements is developed WITH THE INTENTION OF ONE WORKER BEING ABLE TO lift them".

Подобные фразы есть на англоязычных сайтах, например:
"It is produced with the intention of being generally available to anyone who wants".
или
"Portable display designed for Minor with the intention of being able to store and exhibit the publication in different spaces".
Но разница очевидна.

Не звучит ли это подобно "с намерением одного работника"?
Я спрашиваю конкретно об этой фразе.

Можно ли вообще так сказать - например, she did it with the intention of him being able to...
Или Anna did it with the intention of Nick being able to...

если искомую фразу перестроить по шаблонам вами найденным, получилось бы что-то типа
"Ergonomic shape of the elements is developed WITH THE INTENTION OF BEING LIFTABLE by one worker".

имхо в доставшемся вам виде (WITH THE INTENTION OF ONE WORKER BEING ABLE TO lift them) оно получше выглядит

'Ergonomic shape of the elements is developed WITH THE INTENTION OF ONE WORKER BEING ABLE TO lift them' sounds quite wordy and unnecessarily complex.

You haven't given the Russian, but I would use 'so that' or 'to enable':

* '(The?) ergonomic shape of the elements has been developed (designed?) so that one worker can lift them' OR
* '(The?) ergonomic shape of the elements has been developed (designed?) to enable one worker to lift them'.

Эта фраза грамматически правильна? Можно ли туда вставить дополнительные слова (в частности, one worker) или, например:
"She did it with the intention of him being able to... "
Или "Anna did it with the intention of Nick being able to... "

Your two sentences are OK grammatically; they just sound rather clumsy/wordy stylistically, and so most English-speakers would rephrase them slightly to make them easier to read. This could be why you've had difficulty finding examples similar to your two sentences online.
