Перевела superslim thin walled- супертонкие сигареты. сомневаюсь, что правильно. к чему тут тонкостенных относится? Помогите, пожалуйста. Спасибо.

Думаю, что это относится к оболочке сигаретного фильтра. Если оболочка тонкостенная, в сигарете увеличивается объём самого фильтровального волокна. Правда, как это красиво назвать по-русски - не знаю.
