Each Transaction Party shall indemnify the Buyer on demand against all costs, expenses, liabilities and losses (including funding losses) sustained or incurred by the Buyer as a result of or in connection with (a) the occurrence or continuance of any Default; and/or (b) recovery of all or any part of the Prepayment or any part thereof or an overdue sum; and/or (c) (as a separate and independent obligation) any claim, order or judgement which results in any sum payable under this Agreement being paid in a currency other than the currency due under this Agreement.

А это зависит от того, что такое prepayment.
Ну, предположим, в связи с полным или частичным взысканием....
Но лучше посмотрите соответствующую статью о припейменте и что с ним делают
