I'm referring to some sort of penalty or "administrative fee" that is charged simply because you want to change from one shared hosting plan to another. периферийное слово - как хотите, так и переводите "some sort of" перед этим penalty какбэ недвусмысленно намекает, что дальше слово идет приблизительное, на его месте могло бы быть и другое (surcharge например) |
