Перечисление gen.

Здравствуйте, скажите, пожалуйста, при перечислении есть ли какая то принципиальная разница где ставить "to"? Например:
Director is obliged to:
- know internal regulations;
- comply with safety rules;
- resolve issue related to financial, economic and production activities

или же:
Director is obliged:
- to know internal regulations;
- to omply with safety rules;
- to resolve issue related to financial, economic and production activities

Я бы первый вариант выбрала

obliged to - поменять (вместе с остальны текстом) и проблема отпадет сама собой

безусловно, из двух вариантов - первый. каждый раз сувать to не надо.
еще лучше переделать, как Rengo говорит, чтоб вообще без него обойтись.
потому что лично я в одном (первом) to криминала не вижу, но вот недавно на личном опыте столкнулась, что оно не всем нравицца:)

понятно, что он должен, но obliged как-то не звучит
какие-нить duties/responsibilities etc получше будут имхо

не надо переводить русское слово "должен" на английский, ни shall ни obliged, ну если это только не директор башенного крана.

В Job description пишут
