TURNAROUND FREQUENCY RATIO FOR COHERENT TRANSPONDERS

Transponders, flown on the spacecraft for the purpose of coherent Doppler tracking,
shall generate the transmitted carrier from the received carrier by means of phase-lock
techniques. Band pairs shall be selected from table 4.1 together with the applicable turnaround ratio.
