First of all, we would like to say that it is not quite clear to us what (as for Claims 1 and 7) the breach of the requirements of Article 123 (2)EPC is based on. We were trying to put the translation more precisely and, as far as Claim 1 is concerned, there is, in our opinion, a limitation of the scope of protection here which cannot go beyond the scope of the original application. In spite of the aforementioned facts, we suggest another amendment to Claim 1 which, as we hope, will fully meet the requirements of both Article 123 (2)EPC and Article 84 EPC. Мы пытались сделать перевод более точным и, согласно п. 1, объем притязаний в настоящем документе является, по нашему мнению, ограниченным и не может быть больше объема первоначальной патентной заявки. Несмотря на упомянутые выше факты, мы предлагаем другое изменение к п. 1 которое, как мы надеемся, будет полностью соответствовать требованиям Статьи 123 (2)EPC и Статьи 84 EPC.
