Subject: casenote law Доброго всем вечера!Пожалуйста, подскажите, как на русский верно перевести слово "Casenote" (и фразу " casenote / headnote / judgement / act / rule / regulation / circular / notification) в данном контексте. Документ: Order (arbitration request filed by the applicant .... to appoint an arbitrator.... to resolve the disputes.... etc.).
