В смежных парасагиттальных отделах полюсов обеих лобных долей (больше слева), с инвазией колена и передней трети ствола мозолистого тела выявляется неправильной формы с неровными контурами образование неоднородного сигнала (с участками некроза и ограничения диффузии, с паталогически измененными мелкими венозными сосудами в структуре) размерами 65 мм фронтальный, 47 мм сагиттальный, 28 мм вертикальный.

я думаю как-то так:
