артикли в перечислениях (рус> англ.)

добрый день всем!
прошу помощи - корректно ли расставлены артикли в следующем фрагменте? Что-то мне режет глаз, но не могу объяснить и тем паче поправить.
Часть слов с определенным артиклем, часть с неопределенным, а часть - и вовсе без артикля.
Но как правильно?

Your stay will be unforgettable, thanks to the heated pool, Jacuzzi, summer bar with a sea view, tennis court, gym, sports ground, wine cellar, home theatre, a terrace, and an open-air kitchen.

А зачем они там вообще?
You will never forget your stay with our heated pool, and jacuzzi, and outdoor bar facing the sea, and tennis court, and gym, and sports ground, and below-grade winery, and home theater, and porch, and outside kitchen.

от этого перечисления воротит. каждый из "аттракционов" следовало бы описать с отдельным примером его использования.

Можно через "our".

Our heated pool, jacuzzi, etc.,etc, will make your stay unfirgettable.
+ Можно че-нибудь завернуть через "unforgettable experience".
