Subject: consigne, allocate law Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться, что имелось в виду под сабжем (писал не нейтив):1. The Seller undertakes to sell to the Buyer goods (international name: Wet Blue), hereinafter referred to as the Product, and the Buyer shall accept and pay for the Product according to the terms of this agreement.
2. The Buyer take on consigne to resell in the Italian market, the Product, produced by the Seller, allocating it Product in one Customs Warehouse, without clear customs (import) the goods, and promoting and selling the goods in the Italian market.
3. The Product will be showed for the Buyer in the Customs Warehouse to others potential buyers, and can be sold totally o partially.
4. The Buyer will ask at Seller for Proforma Invoices to sell totally o partially the Product, and after his payment, the Seller will issue one Delivery order to the Customs Warehouse authorities, to permit release the sold goods
