Subject: tip-and-run pack. Oxygenation - No electrochemistry erode and dissepiment, no tip-and-run; tip-and-run? |

|
link 6.05.2015 10:47 |
|
link 6.05.2015 10:48 |
|
link 6.05.2015 10:57 |
|
link 6.05.2015 11:27 |
Ratio of slit stretched-out = Относительное удлинение трещины, не? :) |
|
link 6.05.2015 12:17 |
Extrusions |
|
link 6.05.2015 12:53 |
|
link 6.05.2015 13:05 |
а вот экструзию под давлением - No less than 12 MPA с выдуванием алюминиевого пузыря с увеличением в размеров No less than 500 представляю очень легко |
|
link 6.05.2015 13:22 |
|

(No less than 500) |

а вот ещё, только что осенило: "Study of the deformation of a cylindrical shell near a slit in tension,” Prikl. Mekh.,20, No. 3, 108–110 (1984). S. V. Maleshenko .." http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/BF00890419#page-1 |

TENSION OF A CYLINDRICAL SHELL WITH A SLIT M. Sh. Dyshel t'DC 539.3 In the deformation of shells with holes, local perturbations in the stress—strain state around a concentrator depend on the geometry of the shell, the shape and dimensions of the concentrator, and the applied load [4, 5]. This article examines the effect of these factors on the fracture characteristics of shells with a slit. 1. We tested thin circular cylindrical shells made of material Ah*g6M. The shells were weakened by a narrow slit 0.2 mm wide located about the circumference. The shells were loaded by a tensile force on a TsD-10/90 testing unit. The slit edges were not loaded. During dp-formation of the shell we measured its normal deflection in the vicinity of the slit by means of pneumatic instruments [2J. The method used to load the shells and obtain the measurements were detailed in [1], The measurements were used to construct stress—strain curves of the shells reflecting the dependence of the dimensionless deflection V/t on the dimensionless load parameter p/E. Here, W is the deflection in the middle of the edge of the slit; t is the thickness of the shell; p is the load, referred to a unit area of the shell cross section not passing across the slit; E la the elastic modulus. Figure 1 shows typical stress—strain curves for a shell of diameter D - 120 mm (the solid curves pertain to the shell before the beginning of its fracture, while the dashed lines pertain to the shell after fracture begins). Curves 1, 3, and 5-7 pertain to a shell of thickness t - 0.3 mm with a slit of length 21 - 20, 30, 40, 60, and 70 mm, respectively; curves 2 and 4 were constructed for a shell of 0.46 ar.d 0.39 mm thickness with a slit length 21 - 40 mm. A typical feature of the stress—strain curves is the linear relation between the applied load and the deflection of the shell in the vicinity of the slit within a broad range of loads. The amount of deflection is significantly affected by the length of the slit and the thickness of the shell: the deflection W increases with an increase in 21 and a decrease in t. A second feature of the curves is that the deflection is substantially greater than the shell thickness even at stresses considerably below the yield point of the material. The stress—strain curves shown make it possible to also judge the maximum deflection in the shell buckling zone. The shell buckles on the edge of the slit in the middle. The graphs shown In Fig. 2 Illustrate the shape of the entire buckling zone and its extent and how it is affected by the geometric parameters of the shell and the load. Here, we have constructed curves of the distribution of the dimensionless deflection W/t of the shell in the vicinity of the slit for two characteristic sections — a circular section passing through the slit, and a section along the generatrix passing through the middle of the slit. Data is shown in Fig. 2a for a shell with the following parameters: D ■ 120 mm; t - 0.39 mm; 21 - 40 nm; curves 1-3 respectively pertain to p/E ■ (0.51, 0.95, and 1.27)-10~*. Figure 2b shows data |
