Прошу помочь. Сам никак не пойму. Писали турки, и что они имели в виду - не знаю.

То есть фрахтователь оставлет залог 2500 евро, потом получает его обратно, если ничего не сломал. Что значит "Залог уменьшается до 500 евро при покрытии депозита страховкой"?
А со страховкой вообще не поняла. Если стоимость страховки входит в стоимость фрахта (п.3), то какой такой contribution должен быть borne by the charterer?
И получается, что застрахована только гражданская ответственность фрахтователя (чужие яхты и чужие люди), а свои - нет?
У турок что ли разъяснений попросить?
