Уважаемые специалисты!

Помогите, пжл, перевести: International Wholesale Termination. Встречается в договоре о предоставлении телекоммуникационных услуг. Есть предположение, что переводится как Услуги по предоставлению международной входящей связи по оптовым ценам. Верно ли мое предположение?

Конечно, при окончании вызова абонента тоже бывает "termination", но в этом случае написание иное (нет большой буквы).

Что касается "Wholesale", то это слово, подозреваю, можно передать прилагательными "полный", "всецелый".
