2.4 Several Obligations
2.4.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the liabilities, undertakings, agreements and obligations of the Guarantor under this Agreement are several with the liabilities, undertakings, agreements and/or obligations of Kate or any other person providing guarantees or security in respect of the Borrower’s obligations under the Loan Agreement, irrespective of whether or not the Beneficiary has demanded or required or requested payment, performance or indemnification (as the case may be) by Kate or such other person and if such demand or request is required as though such demand or request had been issued.

1) во-первых, решил "...has demanded or required or requested " перевести одним словом - потребовал (независимо от того, потребовал ли Заемщик осуществления выплаты, исполнения обязательства или возмещения)

2) and if - тоже "независимо от того..."?

3) and if such demand or request is required (?) как если бы такое требование было предъявлено или такой запрос был направлен...
?

смысл: если некий обязательный порядок всё же предусматривает, что такое требование или такой запрос должны направляться перед тем, как можно будет требовать от Гарантора исполнения обязательств по его гарантии, то для целей разграничения обязательств Гарантора, Кейт или such other person все будут делать вид, что такое требование или такой запрос уже были (had been) направлены. другими словами, автор исключает какую-либо привязку исполнения Гарантором своих обязательств к обязательствам других субъектов.
