Subject: Reinstallation fin. Уважаемые переводчики!Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести термин Reinstallation в кредитном договоре в разделе "Погашение" (п.6):
4. The Contingent Liability is repaid or prepaid by a Borrower as soon as (i) the Borrower provides Cash Cover for that Contingent Liability, (ii) the maximum amount payable under the Contingent Liability is reduced or cancelled in accordance with its terms or (iii) the Bank is satisfied that it has no further liability under such Contingent Liability and the amount by which a Contingent Liability is repaid or prepaid.
5. The Bank may require the Borrower to provide for a charge (pledge) over the account into which the Cash Cover is paid.
6. Reinstallation: The available amount of the Facility shall not be reinstalled on repayment or prepayment of Contingent Liability. Заранее спасибо за помощь!
