Подскажите, пож-та, как правильно перевести на русск. as per the date of this certificate в след.предложении:

The notary hereby certifies that according to the registration of the company in the trade register, on which third parties may rely, as per the date of this certificate:

- The Company is registered in the trade register of the chamber of commere, registration number 5667
- the company was incorporated under the laws of the netherlands on 15 feb 1986
-the articles of association were amended most recently on 12 july 2007

Меня просто смутило as per the date, так как обычно я встречала on the date of this certificate...
