Subject: Договор с английского на русский, проблема с терминами law Today, the fourteenth (14) of January two thousand fifteen (2015).Before me Notary Doctor Malcolm C. personally came and appeared: Romain D.J. Guilbert, customer service agent, born in France on 6th May 1985, ID #0074460(A) and Anastasia Alexeevna wife of Romain D.J. Guilbert, unemployed, born in Russia on 7th September 1989, ID #0089384(A), and both respectively residing - Rosedale Court, 10, L-Isqof F.S. Caruana, Msida, Malta, duly authorized in virtue of Decree number one thousand and fifteen of the year two thousand fourteen, copy of this decree is hereby being annexed with this Act and marked as document "A". -Hereinafter referred to as 'the appearers spouses Guilbert'. Known and identified to me as Notary by means of documentation heretofore mentioned. Premised: The parties got married on 2nd of December 2013, and since they had not entered into any agreement before the marriage to exclude by and between them the institute of the Community of Acquests, the regime of the Community of Acquests was operational as from the date of their marriage. That the parties wish to terminate the institute of Community of Acquests from their marriage and instead have their marriage regulated by the regime of the Separation of Estates. That they wish to regulate their relationship in virtue of the present deed. Now, therefore, in virtue of this deed, the appearers spouses Guilbert are today dissolving the Community of Acquests from their marriage so that their marriage can be regulated by the regime of the Separation of Estates and each party will regulate its personal estate at will. For avoidance of doubt each party is hereby confirming that they know which property is their paraphernal property. The parties, spouses Guilbert, declare that the estate they have accrued to this date is common between them and will remain as such. This Deed has been done, read and published by the said Notary, after due explanation by me to the parties hereto, at the office, number 40 at Madonna st., Gzira, Malta. |

Вот именно термины и остались неясны... вот все, что вызывает сомнения... дословно вроде и переводится, но коряво получается...
