Уважаемые коллеги, что значит Aircraft Closing Date? - Завершение сделки по купле-продаже ВС? Или что-то другое?
Контекст:
1.4. Closing: Closing in respect of the Aircraft (the “Aircraft Closing”) shall occur on or about 17 May 2015 (the “Aircraft Closing Date”) in such tax-favourable delivery location as the Parties mutually agree (the “Aircraft Delivery Location”). If the Aircraft Closing does not occur before 18 May 2015, Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by notifying Seller in writing.

точнее "Дата завершения сделки по купле-продаже ВС"?
