Не, это походу о том, что надо проверить срабатывание реле, частично перекрывая поток воздуха. Т.е. при нехватке воздуха оно должно гасить горелку.

Аналогично по газу: "Audit besides the intervention of the minimum gas pressure switch closing the faucet slowly" - закрываем кран и ждем отсечки.
