Subject: фраза weld. Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом, затрудняюсь:We have added Linear Transducers measuring the position of the X-Y Plate in each direction. In doing so, we have the feedback capability to close the loop on the X-Y positioning process through the PLC. We have replicated the manual process of aligning the X-Y plate (used on older machines) in PLC code, and we can reliably and accurately position the X-Y plate in closed loop given a position or a vector through operator input. These positions are stored in the Weld Program Data file for future reference. This closed loop positioning can be extended to a measurement taken off of the Spindle Chuck with an option feature described later in this document Т.е. при позиционировании этой пластины теперь имеем данные, обеспечивающие обратную связь? Просто feedback обратная связь, и closed loop positioning тоже "с обратной связью". Масло масляное. Заранее спасибо |

попытка осмыслить: раньше положение выверяли вручную теперь поставили датчики линейных перемещений и измеряют перемещение по осям эти сигналы поступают в ПЛК (feedback), который отключает процесс позиционирования по осям (close the loop on the X-Y positioning process) /сигналы в двух направлениях посылаются/ |

ээээ ПЛК не отключает процесс позиционирования, а выполняет его в замкнутом контуре (closed loop), контур замыкается обратной связью как раз с датчиков |

Корявенько: Сделав так, мы имеем возможность обратной связи по за замыканию контура (схемы) процесса (позиционирования)Х-У по средствам ПЛК. |
