Встретилось выражение "under the frame of ":

Странно то, что, судя по всему, это - устойчивое словосочетание, но в Мультитране его нет. А в Гугле - встречается, например:

Head passing under the frame of the arm
Virtual learning environment (ClassSim) examined under the frame of andragogy и т.п.

Хочется перевести "в рамках", но всё же по-моему, это не то. Никто не поможет? Заранее всем благодарен.
