Subject: юриспруденция gen. Как перевести filtering section? Текст о Европейском суде. Вот предложение: All proposals made by junior lawyers to reject an application will be reviewed by the head of the filtering section, with the Court President assuming overall supervision of the system.

At first blush, фильтрационная секция seems to be in use: http://europeancourt.ru/2013/10/24/13745/ Начиналось всё с фильтрации 2/3 подаваемых жалоб. Добавлю от себя, что ЕСПЧ еще в середине 2011 года сообщал, что фильтрационная секция может обработать все вновь поступающие жалобы («The Filtering Section is able to sift and place on the right procedural track all the incoming applications»). |
