А что у Вас подразумевается под posting?
Если без контекста, то "Все сотрудники должны соблюдать требования к отправке корреспонденции по почте".

Где происходит действие этого фильма? В Англии posting -- это отправка по почте, в Америке -- вывешивание информации на доске объявлений.

Мой телепатор мне подсказывает, что это может быть связано с оформлением виз H-1B в США -- наниматель в таких случаях обязан вывесить на доске объявлений для информации сотрудников копию одного из документов, подаваемых в USCIS.
