PlayStation™Now games may differ from or lack some of the features that can be found in downloaded or disc-based games:
PlayStation™Now Games:
Are not compatible with DLC for downloaded or disc-based games. Some PlayStation™Now games may include bundled content that was available as DLC for downloaded or disc-based games.
Are streamed at a maximum resolution of 720p. May be streamed at reduced resolution.
Do not provide access to in-game stores.
Do not support user-generated content functionalities.
Can only auto-save Save game data to PlayStation™Now servers. This allows data to be accessed from any PlayStation™Now compatible device.
Do not support PlayStation®Plus cloud backup.
Are streamed in stereo only. Surround sound is not supported.
When playing PlayStation™Now games:
On a PS3™ system, up to four DualShock®3 wireless controllers are compatible. Other peripherals are not supported.
On a PS4™ system, up to four DualShock®4 wireless controllers are compatible. A DualShock®3 or DualShock®4 controller is required. The model and number of controllers supported will vary based on your device. Please consult your device’s documentation for compatibility information.
Other peripherals are not supported, including PlayStation®Move, PlayStation®Eye, Blu-ray™ Remote Control , keyboards, microphones, headsets, and other controllers Other peripherals are not supported.
Interface and network features:
Full XMB may not be accessible when playing PlayStation™Now games. A PlayStation™Now limited XMB™ will allow access to some PSN features.
Messages received while logged into PlayStation™Now can only be read while using PlayStation™Now. Attachments received while logged into PlayStation™Now cannot be viewed unless re-sent after logging out of PlayStation™Now.
Messages received when logged out of PlayStation™Now cannot be read while logged into PlayStation™Now.
Trophies earned during PlayStation™Now games will not appear on the PS3™ until trophies are synced with PSN.
