Спасибо! Что такое shaker type в принципе я понял, и консультировался с этим парнем в том числе. Вопрос в том, как это называется по-русски. Не shaker gene, a shaker type.

да вроде бы никакого специального слова не придумывали на русском - так и пишут везде shaker
Семейство или тип каналов Shaker - как-то так
