In order to facilitate the comprehensive resolution of related disputes, all claims
between any of the Parties that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, any
other Transaction Document, or the Co-Investor 2 SPA may be brought in a single
arbitration. Upon the request of any Party to an arbitration proceeding commenced
pursuant to Clause 26.3 (the “Arbitration”), the arbitral tribunal shall consolidate the
Arbitration with any other arbitration proceeding relating to this Agreement, any other
Transaction Document or the Co-Investor 2 SPA if either (i) all parties concerned
agree, or (ii) the arbitral tribunal determines that (a) there are issues of fact or law
common to the proceedings so that a consolidated proceeding would be more efficient
than separate proceedings, and (b) no party would be unduly prejudiced as a result of such consolidation through undue delay or otherwise. ***In the event of different rulings
on the question of consolidation by the arbitral tribunal constituted in the Arbitration
and any other tribunal constituted under the Co-Investor 2 SPA or any Transaction
Document, or where an order for consolidation is given but there is no agreement on
which tribunal shall remain constituted*** to hear the matter, the following provisions

Мой сырой вариант (прошу не судить строго)

В случае разногласий по вопросу объединения у арбитражной коллегии, назначенной для ведения Арбитража, и любой другой арбитражной коллегии, назначенной по договору купли-продажи акций Соинвестора 2 или любому Документу по сделке, либо в том случае если решение об объединении вынесено, но нет согласия в отношении того, какая арбитражная коллегия останется назначенной для слушания дела, применяются следующие положения.

Я тут в основном сомневаюсь как переводить tribunal

different rulings - не просто "разногласий " (два разных решения по одному вопросу - by the arbitral tribunal ...and any other tribunal constituted )
arbitral tribunal - арбитражный суд; третейский суд
constituted - сформированного/созданного
