Subject: Контракт gen. Помогите перевести один абзац из контракта. Ниже перевод, как смогла. Английский - мой 3й язык, так что слабенький. Спасибо!В случае не достижения согласия, спор подлежит разрешению в Международном Арбитражном суде при Торгово-промышленной палате Республики Беларусь, в соответствии с регламентом этого суда и законодательством Республики Беларусь с применением материального и процессуального права Республики Беларусь. Арбитражный суд должен проводиться на русском языке. Решение Арбитражного суда является обязательным и обжалованию не подлежит. In case if the sides cannot come to an agreement, the arisen dispute is a subject to consideration in International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber and Commerce of Industry, Republic of Belarus with the application of material and adjective law of Belarus. Arbitration Court should be carried out in Russian language. The decision of Arbitration Court is mandatory and is without appeal. |

я предполагаю, что у автора не отдельный абзац в переводе, а целый договор обычно фраза "В случае не достижения согласия" следует за условием мирного соглашения, если у аскера не так, она поправит в любом случае, во всяком случае я надеюсь на это ))) |
