Could someone please help me with the phrase "the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate"? "Экзаменационный синдикат кембриджского университета" is the best I can come up with. And it would be fine I guess if it weren't for "local" which I'm struggling to squeeze in. So any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Экзамены как раз таки на местах (в школах) проходят,
но, видимо, в присутствии (при содействии, под патронажем?) представителей этого самого синдиката, имхо.

Thanks guys. You are perfectly right mikhailS. A candidate sits exams in his own country, after which his papers are whisked off to Cambridge to be graded by Cambridge profs. Shame there's no way to add "local" to the name of the exam board without cluttering it badly.
