Performer - это тот, кто на сцене свои перформансы исполняет...
Executor - это еще тот исполнитель, а точнее не тот... :)

В договорах же слово "Исполнитель", как правило, переводят как "Контрактор", то бишь "Contractor"!!!!!

А заказчика можно и кАстомером обозвать... :)

Да, окончание первого предложения следует дополнить: ...clear to the Contractor what is required to be done by the Contractor/thereby.
