Ventures; Assignment of Inventions, CopyrightsVentures. If, during the term of this Agreement, Employee is engaged in or associated with the planning or implementing of any project, event, publication, program or venture involving Employer or any of its Affiliates, or their respective trademarks or intellectual property, and a third party or parties, all rights in the project, event, publication, program or venture, to the extent that such rights may be claimed by Employee or Employer or any of its Affiliates, shall belong to Employer or its Affiliates, as the case may be. Except as approved by Employer, Employee shall not be entitled to any interest in such project, program or venture or to any commission, finder’s fee or other compensation in connection therewith other than the compensation to be paid to Employee as provided in the Employment Contract.
