Subject: party in branch law Здравствуйте. В договоре столкнулась с выражением "party in branch". Контекст такой:
"If either of the parties has committed any branch of its obligations under this AGREEMENT and has failed to remedy such branch within thirty (30) days after the party in branch has received a written notice of its branch from the other party, and then the other party who has sent the written notice shall be entitled to terminate this AGREEMENT". Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом. Спасибо.
