Прошу помочь уяснить фрагмент из договора фрахтования судна:

War Risk Insurance
For purposes of Clause 20a, it shall be unreasonable for Owner to withhold consent to any voyage, route, port, place or zone if insurance against all risks defined in Clause 20a is then available commercially or under a Russian, USA or UK government program in respect to such voyage, route, or port or place or zone.
If such consent is given by Owner, Charterer shall pay any provable additional cost of insuring the Vessel against hull war risks over and above such costs in effect on the date of the Charter in an amount equal to the insured value under its ordinary hull policy but not exceeding (Insert the insured value under the vessel’s hull policy) U.S. dollars.

In addition, Owner may purchase *war risk insurance on ancillary risks* such as loss of hire, freight disbursements, total loss, etc., if it carries such insurance for ordinary marine hazards.

Затрудняет "war risk insurance on ancillary risks" и не совсем понятно "freight disbursements".

war risk в общем не включает ото всего, что там понаписано.
Но за дополнительный гешефт страховщики могут и дополнительно наваять наваять.

Я бы пробовал "с дополнительным покрытием против таких рисков как..."

Там не просто freight disbursement, а loss of freight disbursement.
Дисбурсментские расходы.

Они, как правило, платятся судовладельцами (или фрахтователями от имени судовладельца в счет фрахта, как договорятся) НАПЕРЕД и включают в себя там всякие расходы на лоцманские проводки, проходы каналов, всякую прочую снедь.

И представьте вы деньги перегнали агентам в порту, едете туда, а там война - и денежки, возможно, куку.
