We spent considerable time reaching out to shareholders and experts in these areas and understanding the range of views on the related matters, determining appropriate and sensible responses and changes, and generally adopting an approach that is now part of an important on-going process. The reformatted and comprehensive F13 Remuneration Report contained in the Directors’ Report on pages 30 to 55 is a first major step forward.
