Should the Vessel be arrested by reason of claims or liens arising out of her operation hereunder, unless brought about by the act or neglect of the Owner, the Charterer shall at Charterer’s own expense take all reasonable steps to secure that within a reasonable time the Vessel is released and at Charterer’s own expense *put up bail to secure release of the Vessel.*
