The Analysis Report will contain, for each node, graphs and data representing THD V, THD I, Ground Z, High Transient, Low transient, transient repetition rate. Additionally, company will advise the customer of the compatibility of the line (during the analysis period) with equipment directly connected to the specified node. Recommendations will include areas of concern for further investigation.

А может быть "помехи в линиях при передаче низкого и высокого потенциалов"?

потенциалы не передают
high и low может относится к частотам этих импульсов, или к амплитуде
и еще мысль - может они так фазу и нейтраль обозвали (High и Low)
по контексту смотрите
