Устоявшегося перевода просто нет. Термин совершенно новый. Это из FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act). Если мне не изменяет мой склероз, trustee-documented trust в FATCA определяется как траст, попечителем которого является финансовый институт, подающий в IRS предусмотренную FATCA информацию (reporting financial institution).
