Участники региональных инвестиционных проектов, удовлетворяющих требованиям, предусмотренным абзацем вторым подпункта 4 пункта 1 статьи 25.8 настоящего Кодекса, утрачивают право на применение налоговых ставок в размерах и порядке, предусмотренных настоящей статьей, начиная с 1 января 2027 года.
Regional investment projects participants, who meet the requirements provided for by the second paragraph of sub-clause 4, clause 2 of Article 25.8 of this Code shall not be entitled to apply tax rates, subject to rates and amounts set forth by this Article, commencing from January 1, 2027.

Мне кажется, тут непонятно, Regional относится к investment projects или к participants.
Я думаю, можно убрать apply и странно смотрится subject to здесь.

Those participating in regional investment projects which meet the requirements/criteria set by Article 25.8.4(1) hereof shall forfeit their right to be taxed at such rates and in such manner as are prescribed by this Article with effect from January 1, 2027.
