Subject: in contemplation of gen. доброе время суток!подскажите, я правильно понимаю, что in contemplation of - тут просто "фигура речи", не несет отдельную смысловую нагрузку и "in contemplation of it providing the Services" означает просто "при предоставлении Услуг / в процессе предоставления Услуг" ?
Широкий контекст:
shall pay the portion of the Price due together with reimbursement of any costs and expenses incurred by that Party in contemplation of it providing the Services under this Agreement.
