Здравствуйте!
Обучаемый должен будет отработать определенный период в компании, заплатившей за его обучение. Как лучше перевести этот "срок отработки". Текст такой:
В случае расторжения трудового договора до срока отработки, установленного договором обучения, по инициативе Обучаемого или по инициативе работодателя вследствие вины Обучаемого, Обучаемый возмещает Работодателю затраты, связанные с его обучением, пропорционально недоработанному сроку отработки.

У меня вариант совсем неинтересный:
If the employment contract is terminated prior to the period the Student is supposed to work for the Employer as specified in the education contract, whether on the Student’s or the Employer’s initiative due to the Student’s fault, the Student shall reimburse the Employer the cost of the MBA program for the remaining period the Student was supposed to work for the Employer.

Чуток подправил, но вопрос остается открытым. Может как-то лаконичнее можно передать?
